Oracle licenzing

Hi list,

Co-worker of mine mentioned that Hot Backup is not an option which comes
with Oracle Standard Edition, one has to have the Enterprise Edition.
The Oracle Store wasn't that self explanatory regarding the
functionality of each option (or I didn't find the right page).
Could anybody clarify this? Is it true? Link would be perfect.
