Hot Backup is a functionality of archiving and it is included with all
versions....Enterprise, Standard and (if talking about 10g) Standard
One
Data Guard is a different story.

No it isn't true. The 'family of database products' paper will tell
you - and so probably will the 10g licensing guide.
