We have been working with Oracle Support on BUG - 5088412 . Oracle Apps
11i.10.2 default MaxBlockTime is 1000,
had to set 5000 as per support recommendations.
As far as BUG- 3810607 is concerned, we are not hitting the heap size
limit 128MB.

Just a few ideas:
1. You're on Linux, try with different value for LD_ASSUME_KERNEL.
2. When the problem occurs:
2.1. No errors in the Jserv log files? Check for dump or trace files.
2.2. Check formservlet.ini for incorrect entries.
2.3. Monitor the current activity from OAM (Oracle Applications
Manager) -> Site Map -> Monitoring -> Current Activity.
Did you try to trace (with strace) the OS processes that consume
more CPU?
2.4. Activate the java console on the client and try to reproduce - check
if the client logs errors (JInitiator version bug?).
