JR,
I'm not on SUN, so this may be a shot in the dark. Are java and the OUI at
the right versions? I believe the current requirement is 2.2.0.18 for OUI
and at least 1.3.1 for jre/java.

Anybody came across this error when starting up the Oracle Installer?
