If you ask me, OERI-2662 is the simplest 600 as it puts the current and
expected SCNs in the following arguments. You can just bump the SCN to
1 or 2 billions based on the expected SCN wrap and open the database
and rebuild the database. 

I have done more than a dozens of recovery on OERI-2662 and most of
them rebuilt the database after recovery. Few didn't as they were
benchmarking(!) databases.
