9i OMS on VM?

Has anyone tried this before?

We have a 9i OMS server that has to stick around and we had a hardware failure 
this morning.  Easy fix (hard boot the machine), but when the button was 
pressed, the tension was palpable and I think everyone's heart stopped beating 
until we saw the server rebooting on the console.

Windows 2000
OMS 9i
Oracle 9i db (which also doubles as an rman catalog).

Any luck with this configuration on VM?
