Hi,
It sounds like you regenerated java classes used on Customer side as
part of resent activities.
Those jar files should be downloaded again to all clients.
In order to confirm that this takes place you switch show console on
option in "Control Panal" Java or Jinit settings on a particular
workstation (where forms wasn't run after recent activities) and see
messages during the first load.
