[optimal] Sending movie files

Dear colleagues,
I like to e-mail Spectralis OCT avi files. Size is ~ 230 megabytes,
ZIP compressed ~ 54 Mb.
What kind of program should I use ? PANDO ?
Unfortunately our brand new Spectralis is not yet connected to the internet. I
have to save the files and e-mail from my computer.
