Denice, I don't think there is such a thing as a photo quality color laser. If you want photo quality, I think you are stuck with inkjet or, for even more photo quality, dye sub. The larger carriage (13") inkjets have much larger ink tanks, so they don't need to be replaced as often, and the unit costs are somewhat better. And 3rd party ink companies also make gizmos that refill cartridges while you use them, but the print settings usually need some fiddling with to provide good color accuracy.
