Pretty cool. I found another interesting article about a model eye for OCT or
as they call it a "phantom tissue." It can be used for training, calibration,
device certification and evaluation of various OCT models.

i think most of them work on NIR imaging. It would be interesting to see the
success/failures and what criteria is linked to them (skin tone, subcutaneous
fat, ischemia, etc)
