Hi Mike,

Thanks again for your help, is there a specific Tech you would recommend I
contact? I've talked to a few Techs and so far they've just suggested that
I upgrade the review software. The v. 6.0.2 software can load data from v.
6.5 and that all the improvements in v. 6.5 are acquisition improvements
and do not affect analysis. Our reading center was informed directly that
we did not need v. 6.5. I just need to talk to some one that might know
how to save this one file that has an issue. All the other scans analyze
fine, unfortunately it's this one scan that important.

Thanks,
Keri Kilgo
