[optacon-l] Poficiency and Speed

Remember that speed and proficiency are not the same thing. If you want to 
practice for speed, my suggestion is to find something to read that really 
interests you. Maybe you have a favorite author or a hobby that you want 
to learn more about. If you are enjoying what you read or getting 
something out of it that you really want, the speed and proficiency will 
develop themesleves without your even feeling it. The main thing to avoid 
is turning the practice into a chore. Find a way to make it fun.
