Glad you chuckled, Linda.  It was a serious remark, but sometimes laughter 
is the best response.  Would ya believe there's a provision in federal law 
called the paperwork Reduction Act?  Now agencies have to submit reports on 
what they've done to reduce the paperwork burden on the public.  But I'm off 
topic now, so I'll stop.
