[optacon-l] Handwriting and Skype Video

Greetings
We all know that some handwriting is Optacon readable. However, there are some
instances where handwriting on, for example, faxes is in the too hard basket.
Has anyone tried using video Skype to get someone remote from you to read aloud
handwriting you show to a web camera? Before buying a web camera I would like
to know if this idea is even in a ball park of practicality.
