Hi Pam,

I would have had the same thought of a printer cartridge problem, too, 
unless there had been a long time between when you tried to print your first 
label and whatever yoo had printed before that.  Perhaps the ink on the 
cartridge had tried, but there was still enough ink to print later 
documents.  It does sound as if your cartridge does need to be replaced, 
though.
