Hmmmm...

I wonder why Disney operates a series of low power radio transmitters 
along I-75 and I-95 here in Florida?

Could it have something to do with the need to get targeted 
information to people who are traveling?

Stop spinning (your wheels) John.

People DO want access to the same things they get from wired networks 
when they are "untethered."
