[opendtv] Quantegy filed for Chapter 11 Monday

I realize that this is looking backwards on a looking-forwards kind of
list, but in case some people missed it, Quantegy, the last manufacturer of
professional audio tape in the world shut its doors New Year's Eve and
filed for Chapter 11 on Monday, January 9th.
