[opendtv] Re: PSIP, cable guide info, and Zap2It

The fines I recall were to a few stations and at least one station group,
the latter saying that they were 'backordered' with a vendor (not me), and
they had been that way for over a year.  I smelled a lie.  Of course, if
'Sonny K' had ever answered his phone ...

Fines were circa $5K, more than the purchase price from a non-existent
vendor.

As John states: PISP carriage is mandatory. I do recall recent FCC station
fines but I believe it was for non carriage and not for content.
