I'm not sure I was attempting to get across any sort of position on the issue. 
Just pointing out what I perceive to be the difference.

If I were to state my opinion, I'd probably say something like I believe it's 
very sleazy of Sinclair to air this film at this particular point in time, but 
that they probably have the right to be sleazy.
