Geez ... you lost sight of the trees.

Bert knows of these things just how? Since he never has had cable?  

And, direct to cable networks (CW in particular) are NOT local programs.

Once again, aside from ota television, just what are the OTHER sources of
local television for people without satellite or cable?

Nice to see you still trying to carry the water for Bert, since he is
incapable of coherent positions himself. (double bingo)

Public Access
Direct-to-Cable networks in smaller markets (CW is one example.)
24 Hour local cable news (Bay News 9 in New Port Richey, FL is one example.)
