[opendtv] HDTV DVB-T receiver for the UK

While there is no market for the HD part of theis receiver and no 
competition this HD receiver at $160 list including VAT ($28), $132 
without gives a good idea of what an HD receiver might cost in the UK. 
This would have a street price less VAT of $100 with competition.
