Thinking a bit more on the subject of lowering OTA quality as a 
means of price discrimination and copy protection.  It occurs to 
me that OTA producers are maybe missing the boat a bit here. 
Since more and more $$$ are being generated in DVD sales you would 
think that any possible candidate for those eventual sales would 
be at least R rated.  Every time they make a TV episode they 
should film just a couple quick scenes that would not go onto the 
OTA or airplane version.  Just a quick breast shot here and there 
would probably do wonders if held in reserve for the "uncut" DVD 
sales and also make it a candidate for reruns on premium channels 
in full form.

Do TV producers do this?
