[obol] Tropical Kingbird, Fort Stevens SP

While wandering through the field looking for longspurs, we found a
TROPICAL KINGBIRD a few hundred feet NE of the area C parking lot at Fort
Stevens State Park yesterday morning (Oct 4) at 11 AM. We able to watch and
photo it for 5 to 10 minutes before it flew off. One of the pictures is
embedded in our eBird report:

We never did see longspurs.
