[obol] Osprey in Westmorland

A couple of days ago my neighbor asked me to go into her backyard so I
could see this bird with a fish. From her backyard I could see an Osprey
on top of a telephone pole with a fish still alive and it starting to eat
it. This nice to see since this is right across the street from the
section of the Westmorland park that the stream and park have been redone.
