Shoaib: As Lars surmised your warbler is indeed a Orange-crowned Warbler. Note that this bird has a yellowish supercilium versus a thin pale eye ring. It is drabber than a Mourning Warbler, its bill is very finely pointed, and has shorter, thinner, blackish legs. Mournings have stocky pinkish legs. Mournings are a different genus--*Geothlypis*--same as Common Yellowthroat and MacGillvray's, which are a plumper genus. Orange-crowneds are of the genus *Oreothlypis, *which also includes Nashville Warbler. Mournings, even dull females, have a hooded look with a paler yellowish to whitish throat and they are brighter yellow below. Mournings are often found very low down, or even on the ground.
