Found a WESTERN KINGBIRD this morning (04-09-14) along the frontage road on the
south end of the I-5 Manzanita R.S. (north bound side). This is the earliest
bird I have found in the County. The interesting thing with W.Kingbird in the
County this spring is that yesterday Mike Klem called me and said there was a
Western Kingbird at his place south of Grants Pass (Mike knows bird very well).
When I got there, we couldn't relocate the bird...perhaps it move a bit more
northward.
