That is a very unusual sighting. Indigo Bunting should also be considered. I
recall at least one report of Blue Grosbeaks that proved to be of Indigo
Buntings. Indigo Buntings are also rare in Oregon, though not as rare as Blue
Grosbeaks. Photographs should be taken if possible.
