Our winter conference will be held in Newport this year at the Hallmark Resort
from January 31st - February 3rd. Hotel reservations must be made prior to
December 31st so please book your room early. Reservations can be made by
calling the Resort at 541-265-2600. Rooms and rates are:

Traditional Single Queen 83.00
Traditional Double Queen 83.00
Double Queen Stateroom 109.00
King Spa Stateroom 114.00
Note: 10.5% lodging tax
Conference registration can be accomplished from our web site
(http://www.oagitm.org) using the Registration link on the Conference tab.
Conference rates are unchanged at $250 and payment options are Credit Card,
PayPal, or Invoice.
We are still working to finalize the agenda but some of the line-up includes
Oracle and Tangent sponsoring our luncheons, and presentations from SANS on
Securing the Human, Michael Jordan, the State Chief Operations Officer, Diane
Lancaster from the State Procurement Office on Statewide Pricing Agreements,
TEK Systems presenting IT Market Analysis Statistics, and Kelvin Coleman from
Homeland Security.
One last note is that we have Officer elections during this conference. If you
are interested in participating on the OAGITM Exec Board, please contact Kevin

leading the efforts of the Nominating Committee.
