[nvda-translations] a question about new revision

Hello,
perhaps I'm missing something...
I see that there are people that are translating new string of NVDA
without waiting the official update for all languages.
I prefer follow the normal method, but I want only to know if something
is changed and people must update byself the strings, or if it is only a
behaviour of translators of other languages.
