Dear Simone, Bernd, welcome.

Both of your localizations were last updated with the 2011.2 branch, and
have now been added to the system.

Please install and follow the steps for checking out from the readme

http://arabic-nvda.org/files/readme.html

in each language folder, you will see ug-diffs and ch-diffs
ug-diffs are for user guide, ch-diffs is for changes.t2t

Please remember to svn update every time before you start working, and
svn commit when you finish working for the day, this is very important
so that so that no conflict occurs between your copy and the copy on the
server, because the automatic scripts try to update and merge files.

Please also read this thread

//www.freelists.org/post/nvda-translations/Welcome-to-list-and-general-info

If the readme can be made clearer please tell me and I will try to
improve it.

Thank you and welcome.

Mesar
