[nvda-translations] userGuide stats file

Dear Team,
        
I have added a userGuide-stats.txt file for each language in the svn.
It displays the following information:

section number, paragraphs, tables, lists

I hope it is helpful to you to see where content may be missing.
The stats will be updated from the created html automatically.

New ug-diff directories will also include a stats file for the english manual.
So if we update arabic to 4658, we expect ar/userGuide-stats.txt to be same as 
ug-diffs/4658/userGuide-stats.txt.

Having the same stats, should help you to have close line numbers for localized 
userGuide to 
the english one.

I hope work is becoming slowly easier and easier.
