[nvda-addons] Re: focusHighlight 3.0-dev

Dear Mesar,

Thank you for suggestions.
Actually to accept a pull-request is almost equivalent to merge the fork branch
and push to the server.
I should consider your preference.

In the NVDA User Guide document, there is no explanation as "pass through mode."

My understanding is that the word "pass through mode" is used
internally for implementation, and the concept is explained as "focus
mode" to the user.

If I am wrong, suggestions are welcome.
