[nvda-addons] Possible updates on PlaceMarkers and ReadFeeds

Hi, these add-ons need to be updated: it was reported that docHandler is
included in the binary posted to our website.
Furthermore, though I think this ticket is not completely valid now,
directory dialogs produce errors if a settings dialog is opened after
opening them. I will try to fix them testing if it can be done setting
gui.mainFrame as the dialog parent or something.
Perhaps we should take care about centering dialogs too.
