Hello Chris

Kirsten is still waiting to hear from our developers on whether they
can recreate the July issue of Easy Cook and will be in touch as soon
as she has a response.

Unfortunately we didn't receive the THES last week and are chasing. The
TES did arrive, but is corrupted. Again, our developers are working on
it. We are conscious that it's a recurring problem and are in contact
with the publisher to resolve.

Our email system is designed to send at specific times of the day, and
look for specific titles on their issue dates. The timings are partly
designed to ensure we send the later editions of evening papers. So,
although titles may arrive on the website, they won't be emailed out
immediately, but will fall into the next scheduled send time on their
assigned issue date. Flight International has arrived early, and is
usually scheduled to email on Wednesdays, so you should receive it
tomorrow morning. We will look at bringing the issue date forward to
Tuesdays, if the content continues to arrive earlier.

I write regarding my e-mail of Saturday 1 August 2015 regarding a
missing publication, namely BBC Easy Cook July issue, to which I am
still awaiting a response from you. Since then your website has been
updated with the September issue of this publication, so what has
happened to the July/August issue of this publication?



The Times Educational Supplement and The Times Higher Educational
Supplement were not received by e-mail last Friday, and neither have
they been updated on your website. What is the problem?



Today your website has been updated with Flight International, but I
have not received my copy by e-mail.



An update into the problems with your service would be appreciated.
