I can't provide you with that, of course.
But it's interesting that you get that response.
From New York, this is just an open proxy.
From the KSA, it's firewalled off at the proxy side.
(StatProxy timed out on these, according to aasa's tests.)
And from your location (USA?), it's access controlled.
