this is one carried from WPLUG bylaws that is not needed.
this one reminds me of the tv commercial with the man
in court listening to the judge and lawyer discussing
the case mumbo jumbo,mumbo jumbo, Mumbo!,Jumbo!.

"9 PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY

The rules contained in the current edition of Robert's
Rules of Order Newly Revised shall govern WPLUG in all
cases to which they are applicable and in which they
are not inconsistent with these bylaws and any special
rules of order that WPLUG may adopt"

I disagree. This is the perfect way to eliminate topics about which the majority of the voting goup is sick of talking.

This is standard to any group of this type that is looking to have some sort of organization.
