Ok, I managed to reproduce, although it took running the test in a tight loop and waiting for several minutes.
The problem is that although the send buffer is set to 200 bytes, the sender can write only 190 bytes, then blocks and waits for the buffer to be emptied.
I'll create a bug tracker issue for this. Martin
