Frank, unusual happenings within my iMac are so usual that I probably wouldn't
notice any new ones. Mail has gone to hell once again, and is resisting all the
customary corrections so far.

Remember, the Time Capsule is also a wifi device and should be located where it
will not interfere with other electronics and give the wifi signal a
interference free area to radiate.

I located mine on top of a bookcase near the ceiling a few feet from my Rogers
cable unit.

If you do not get a reasonable wifi coverage or unusual happenings within your
iMac, you might consider locating the unit remotely by itself.

Good luck.

Cheers frank
