Which is why there is still; a law on the books in the UK that all fish 
landed must be available by noon the same day anywhere in England, of 
course this was passed before refrigeration.

BTW Larry, Kettle is an age old name used by Spelunkers?, underground 
cave explorers. Also refers often to depressions in the Peak District.
