There seems to be something of a deja vu here... it was many years ago when I was President that we had problems getting enough members to come out to Meetings and we were paying for a room to hold them that I proposed that we gave up having Meetings and became an On-line group with the provision for an occasional Meeting if deemed necessary... one problem was that members' interests were becoming more separated so that only a small number of members would turn up if interested in the topic... at the time this was accomplished by using the freelist as a means of discussion which has been pretty successful... but perhaps the use of a forum (considered some months ago) should be further persued as this would allow the use of diagrams, pictures, etc. to be incorporated into the discussions... might I suggest one or more members looking into this, particularly considering ease of use...
