I got in with Firefox in XP as well as IE6. What OS is she using?

I know this is NOT a Mac problem, but I know that many members do also 
have IBM type computers, so maybe someone can help a friend who has a 
problem on their computer running Windows.

Using Internet Explorer she can access all web pages that she wants 
except for a particular Forum (that I run) whose URL is:

http://bogliedom.proboards99.com/

Can anyone suggest why just this one cannot be accessed?  I suggested 
that it might be (accidentally) blocked (parental control)?  If so can 
anyone say how to unblock it?
