For the sake of brevity, I over-simplified. For personal use, where
one can take advantage of the thousands of apps available and the
superior graphics and user interface, the iPhone wins. Theresa's
requirements are more suited to the Blackberry's more versatile
business integration and the considerable cost difference for her to
change.
