Every Rogers Cell Phone has a SIM card. Bell only recently switched to the
GSM standard so they had no SIM cards until about 6 months or so ago when they
converted their network to GSM from CDMA. All that said if the Blackberry was
from Bell and is 6 months or older it would not have a SIM card.
