Yes, Linda I will write down the exact wording of the WinWord Error message. I guess I assumed it said the same thing I had been getting the past two months. I'll be working in Office 2000 tomorrow, so we shall see what happens. Norma I guess I was a little premature in being so positive about the Winword error being fixed. I had been so busy downloading the BigFix, Window Installer, Removing Adobe Acrobate, and all the other things you guys have suggested that I had not worked in Word/Works 2000 until today. Well, I was working in Microsoft Word all afternoon and received the Winword error message 4 times this afternoon.... So what ever the solution is we have not found it yet. I can only pray that when I install the SP 1,2,3 patches that this might help. In the meantime I simply don't know what else can possible be causing this.
