You are correct ... and if you take this problem to a Windows group or
perhaps there's a Cloudmark support group, then you will probably come
across someone who has had this same problem and can help you.

Obviously no one in this group has seen this particular problem .... it
seems we have no Cloudmark users here.  Sorry.
