Check out this article, with a little blurb on Macs:

http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/AppErrors/MissingMenusEtc.htm

And if that doesn't help, then you should post your questions to the
Microsoft newsgroups free support forums. Go to
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups and drill down from the desktop =
apps
to Word and you should find a Mac group...unless they have that =
separate.
Sorry, haven't looked, but I know they are there.

If you can't find them via the above web link to the group, use a news
reader such as Netscape or Outlook Express and set the server for the =
new
news group to: msnews.microsoft.com and that will give you ALL the =
available
groups.=20

Good luck!=20

Well that wasn't what I wanted to hear!

Just so you know, it's the pulldown menus, not the tool bars. You know, =
the
"File, Edit...Table, Tools, Window"

I don't know who to be more frustrated with, the Mac or the Microsoft!
