Hey all,

I'm using Word 2000 on a Mac. On a relatively regular basis (quarterly?
definately when I'm on a deadline) My pull down menus decide they don't
want to pull down. I usually jury-rigg it by adding the commands I need to
my tool bars, but I know there's a way to fix it (I just forget between
problems!).

Can any of you all remember what I'm supposed to do? I tried throwing away
the normal template, however, I admit that I didn't empty the trash.

I know the answer is simple and involves doing something like throwing away
a thing and the result is that the next time Word starts up it thinks it is
the first start up and it situates itself the way it wants to be.

Thanks,

Kathie
