Hey Neil...do you know the size limit on the Outlook 2003 pst? And do you
get this limit if you use the 2002 format in 2003? Or is it only if you use
the 2003 pst format?

Hi Alex,
As you already know - 2Gb is the absolute limit for an Outlook 200 PST file.
But you can (and should) keep it under that by setting up auto archive old
items to one or more other PST files.
Backing up all of your data is as simple as backing up the PST file
regularly.
To avoid the 2Gb limit totally, move to Outlook 2003 - it has a MUCH higher
file size limit.
