Alex, Please correct me if I'm misreading here, but here are some thoughts on your points: 1. PST are just files, and so your computers memory is not the primary concern. Disk space might me. But there is nothing wrong with having numerous PST files - so long as you know what they are for, And remember, even with the 2Gb limit, that's pretty generous! If you are getting illegal operation errors - we need to know a lot more info to be able to assist. 2. If you are asking if Office 2003 is stable? It is. Especially Outlook 2003. 3. I certainly backup my PST files every day - as I do ALL my important data files... Common sense, really. ;-) Regards ____________________________________ Neil Atwood - Sydney, Australia > -----Original Message----- > From: mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of > Susanto, Alex > Sent: Tuesday, 20 July 2004 11:54 AM > To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [mso] outlook 2000 for 500-700 email per day > Importance: High > > Thx for response.
