I agree with Linda and Diane, it is probably an ISP hiccup if had =
=3D not
made any changes to your Outlook.
My ISP, Worldnet, on occasion, suffers from this dilemma, and,
sometimes, even appends via an attachment, a *.txt version of the =3D =
message
for every message received in that session, even though my default =3D =
format
is set to Plain Text. I have just about given up chasing these =3D
intermittent oddities as I find ISPs rarely confess up to anything being
wrong on =3D their end.
